Through years of experience, MLM Hearing’s two founders have successfully integrated over 500 clinics with various practice models, including audiology, ENT and hearing-aid-focused practices.
MLM Hearing manages multiple businesses, including MLM USA, LLC (US Division) and MLM Beltone Hearing, Inc. (Canada Division).

Amir Hadar
Amir is a seasoned, lifelong entrepreneur who has built his career on fostering long-lasting relationships. His passion for creating an inclusive culture drives seamless transitions of acquired businesses. He ensures financial success in any organization he has ever been involved with.
Jonathan Weizman
As a second-generation healthcare industry veteran, Jonathan’s knowledge, operational skills and passion for specialty healthcare businesses are undeniable. His early career was spent managing a large-scale retail hearing aid company and he has since served in executive positions specializing in marketing, sales, business operations and C-level leadership.
